Too much of a good thing can be bad. Whether it is food or activity, we are instructed to use moderation or it can turn on us. For me, it’s BBQ chicken. I love it and buy it every chance I get. But this summer I found someone who sold it every Saturday in our town. After several weeks, I don’t even want to look at it anymore. People get obsessed with exercise. Some become obsessed with learning.
