We’re all going to hell.
Muslims > Christians – hell
Christians > Muslims – hell
Catholics > Protestants – hell
Protestants > Catholics – hell
Christians > Jehovah’s Witnesses – hell
Jehovah’s Witnesses > everyone else – hell
The list goes on. You get the point. Every group thinks they are on top of the heaven bound train and everyone else is missing it. Even within denominations, there is judgment. Amish to Mennonite. Conservative Mennonite to liberal Mennonite. Liberal Mennonite to Gay Mennonite.
I was reminded of this recently when I heard of a friend that joined a very small rigid church (I would call it a cult). This group has no room to spare for anyone who doesn’t follow their exact teachings. I guess they will be in a mini-heaven of about 30 people. The rest of us are all going to hell.
Seriously, i guess it’s normal for everyone to think “I found the way”. Even those who believe that everyone can go to heaven believe that “evil” people are going to hell including the self righteous that judge.
So who is going to hell? There are very few verses in the Bible that mention hell. We could discuss it here . . . but we probably won’t agree.
